The Chalk Box offers several varieties of fitness classes. Style, intensity and focus vary, offering the ability to customize your workout depending on your interests and needs.

Regular refers to a standard cardio aerobics class.

Circuit classes incorporate weights and step.

Medicine Ball is a low impact/low intensity toning and strength workout with various weighted medicine balls.

Kick Fit is a low impact, high intensity cardio class that incorporates kick boxing moves into the workout.

SCHEDULE:

Monday:

8:00 - 9:00am Circuit

*9:00 - 10:00am Regular

4:15 - 5:15pm Circuit

5:30 - 6:30pm Regular

Tuesday:

8:00 - 9:00am Regular

*9:00 - 10:00am Regular

5:30 - 6:30pm Combined

6:30 - 7:15pm Kick Fit

Wednesday:

8:00 - 9:00am Circuit

*9:00 - 10:00am Regular

4:15 - 5:15pm Circuit

5:30 - 6:30pm Regular

Thursday:

8:00 - 9:00am Regular

*9:00 - 10:00am Regular

5:30 - 6:30pm Combined

6:30 - 7:15pm Kick Fit

Friday:

8:00 - 9:00am Circuit

*9:00 - 10:00am Circuit

Saturday:

8:30 - 10:00am 35 minutes toning/55 minutes cardio

*Free babysitting offered.

FEES:

Kick Fit = $5.00 per class

All other classes:

Single Class = $3.00

Single Week = $7.00 (come all you want)

Session (5 weeks) = $30.00 (come all you want)
